If, I said IF, Sydney has what she claims...

1 The Supreme Court kicks the election winner decision to the House of Representatives.

2 The winner is decided by the House with each state getting one vote.

3 Trump won 30 states, Biden won 20.

4 Trump wins.

5 BOOM!

...Odds are not zero.

Would Sydney put her career/reputation on the line for Trump by having absolutely nothing to back up her claims?

She's going into the history books one way or another; a laughing stock, or an incredible patriot.

We'll see.

The goal is not, stated by Rudy himself, to win these little pissy cases.

They do not have time for these low level courts.

THE GOAL is the Supreme court where, if Sydney isn't blowing smoke up our aces, the election decision comes from the House where Trump wins.

The House of Representatives will not be able to select a President.

There must be representatives of at least 34 states present in the House for it to convene for the purpose of selecting a President.

The House will not be able to achieve such a quorum.

Therefore, the candidate that the Senate selects for the office of Vice President will actually serve as the next President.

That will most likely be Mike Pence.

Okay, that makes sense. Without enough delegations ro form a quorum they would be unable to vote. The question is, in my mind, how likely would it be for states to decide "fuck it" and let it go to someone else? What state would want to five away that kind of control?

For lack of accurate answer I could retort "how far does the TDS go?"

Scorched earth is a thing, look how far they went during trump's mandate, everything goes. So I wouldn't rule out outright calls for secession, a non negligible number of them went as far as supporting riots and defunding the police already with the implicit and sometimes public approval of the higher ups
