They are nowhere near as competent and independent as trump is to be even remotely capable to counter or delay such attack. Instead, kamalabiden are in charge of supervising the collapse, I think, because that's pretty much all they can do

Even if the controlled demolition is stopped, the collapse still happens because the entire world financial structure is like that italian bridge; everybody knows it's plagued by structural flaws, but nobody figured out a way to divert millions of cars a month in order to perform the necessary repair jobs.
