I honestly don't think much, most people would blow the money and end up giving it back to major corps and banks quickly anyway and the power dynamic wouldn't change much. Now if you added that they had to speak to a financial advisor or get some financial education then it could be a game changer.
If I wanted to go out and buy a large screen tv, would there be someone there to sell it to me? Why would a millionaire lower their standards by slinging crap tvs at a big box store?
Odds are most people would still go to work, I've worked low wage jobs quite a bit, and I've worked well payed jobs and in between and the truth is some people go to work to socialize as much as get payed. Example I had a man I worked with that was a manager of a different part of the company 77 years old retired from 2 different jobs and went back to work, straight up would tell you he did it to interact with people and to have a schedule.
I get that. Lots of people do that but I'm sure he is a well to do and educated man. Not everyone is like that. I've never worked a commercial field picking crops by hand before but I doubt most that do do it to socialize. Same with those that climb through storm drains or sewage pipes.
