To some extent, yes. There are protections in place because there are some things that are universally recognized as harmful (certain drugs, pedophilia, etc.) - you could say that's a form of legalized, approved censorship but that's not really my point here. Some people think that because they don't like it, no one should see it. They need to mind their own business.
