Are the drafts going to be saved automatically or does the user need to save the draft manually?
I would rather have them in the actual user screen above View Posts and below Edit User Info. Just makes more sense to me.

There's gonna be a new button on the right side of 'preview'.
Post Comment - Preview - Save as draft
You'll have the ability to edit the draft as much as you like before you will submit it.
In case you want to submit a draft linked to a comment or post that has been deleted since, you'll be able to delete it from your draft list.

I guess getting access to saved drafts would make more sense if there was a fourth option, sitting to the right of poll called drafts, in the post flyout. (The pencil icon in the top bar).
