Sea bass baked in salt crust. Fennel seeds, lemongrass, ginger, olive oil, pepper.

Might have to swap the fennel seeds for garlic on that one, I almost never cook without garlic

Mix half with ginger then.

That I could do, I've seen salt crusted stuff on youtube but I've never tried it.
