Nice, might have to try this one after I get a grill again.
I found out about that one when I found an old gose in the back of the fridge and thought, why not. Completely blew my mind and sent my taste buds to space.
Noted, but I'm pretty sure you have to have the grill to make it all work.
They can still be pan fried. Won't get a char but will still be tangy and good.
Pan frying gives some different options. Once they are fried, remove from pan and add garlic, salt, pepper, onions and bell peppers. Once they are cooked down then add some of the beer from the boil step to deglaze the pan.
Bam!
