I'm in a place with more fresh water than anywhere on earth(I'm pretty sure you can guess where) so its not really something I've had to worry about. I was thinking like Florida or the coralinas or something.

Weather and weirdos. Look Im the last person you should look to for advice. Actually if shff I would prob be better off there than here just more miserable. If I was gonna move at this point in time I would look seriously into what the survival situations looked like. You cant grow shit or survive without water.
