Given that a militia group attempted to arrest Michigan Governor Whitmer, how likely is it that a Civil War could be underway? Is it more likely to happen under President Trump or former Vice President Biden, were he to be elected as President?

We're still a ways off but populations are moving, refugees, migrants. I would say within the next few decades. Once the political systems of each nation become so tyrannical that people have no choice but to push back.

My guess is they won't have enough people housed and fed on the new welfare system by then. When people start going hungry or losing their lives and homes and opportunity, then opportunity will have to be made by the bottom.

There was mass migration before WW2 but it wasn't until the people were starving did they finally wake up.

The welfare systems of the West are being overloaded and the banking system is collapsing right now.

Civil was is always inevitable it's just a question of when and under what circumstances.
