No problem. The Mountain House stuff is usually considered the gold standard for freeze-dried, that's normally who Uncle contracts to make Meal, Cold Weather packs for the military.

Ideally I’d get the military grade stuff but I’m sure some of the civilian stuff is decent you just have to read a lot to find out which ones.

Yes. The stuff I had in the Minotaur ones was a mix of civ and mil components. I still have a bunch of cheese spread to use up, it's great on toast.
