Gotta do something and why not an octopus.
This is not dependent on the bux coming, but I've been thinking a good water filter might be worth looking into. Idk if you can get rid of pharmaceuticals with just a filter though. The next option would be whole house RO.
There are filters that will get rid of fluoride I know that much just crazy expensive.
RO?
You can make activated coal yourself if you want. That will get rid of any contaminant to the point you may want to add some minerals to the water afterwards.
Reverse Osmosis
Those are good but I don’t think they filter everything I do kind of want one though
I've got a Berkey filter. The water tastes much better than out of the tap or bottled. I don't know how well it is filtering other than by taste.
Pelican water
Can that get out the flouride and pharmaceuticals?
I use it. Fluoride 85% without RO. And most pharma I think too with the separate unit. Take a look on their site.
I don't get trump bux and I'm pissed
Well if you make that much, I think it’s 97k right? How much ammo do you have?
Sheeit I pay taxes I should get bux too. Beeels N sheeit
So what you do is file non filer in someone else’s name and use your bank details boom trump bux
Other than pay bills, I was thinking about buying some MRE's or something similar just to have some extra long term storage food on hand.
If you want long long term storage, get freeze-dry. That keeps for 30 years or more. MRE has a shelf life of of a few years, longer if stored cool, but it's still wet pack and is supposed to be inspected after a few years. Inspected = open one and see if the snack bread is moldy.
I've bought MRE from these guys before and they were all fresh pack with no issues, but there are many places to get them. https://minotaurtradingcompany.com/collections/minotaur-mres
Thanks for the heads up.
No problem. The Mountain House stuff is usually considered the gold standard for freeze-dried, that's normally who Uncle contracts to make Meal, Cold Weather packs for the military.
There are a lot of people on youtube that talk about different MRE and how they taste, if you want an idea of what to expect from the civilian ones.
