Gonna repost my comment in case you guys don't see it. For a step beyond the bailey's + coffee thing. I think the effects are the same as I've tried both. Bailey's tastes better but L-theanine is more effective for cognitive effects.

I had a period in my life where I was very exhausted and the regular coffee dose would not do enough to get me out of it. I came across the nootropic combo https://www.nootropedia.com/a-beginners-nootropic-l-theanine-and-caffeine/

And basically the L-theanine counteracts some of the bad effects of caffeine. Example I could drink 5 cups before and then would get the shakes / headaches etc. With L-theanine could get 8-10 cups before same side effects, but still getting the increased alertness etc. equal to 8-10 cups.

Really crazy, but totally works. Did it for several years until did not need it anymore. Can buy the L-theanine in bulk for cheap from purebulk.com and just spoon in in you mouth!

Ok how about piracetam? Ever try that? If not, give it a go! Takes a while to load up and need a lot (buy bulk), but definitely has an impact. Not something for regular every day life, but if I was a student I would 100% be on theanine and piracetam.

Nah I have not. There's a few different racetrams I know of. But I'll give pira a try on payday. I've got some projects coming up so should be useful. Thanks for the tip.
