I simply want to create a website and hopefully app that is literally just 'send me money'.

An option to click to send money to my paypal.

It might not seem worthwhile, but its part of a larger plan to then turn into a 'click here to win' crap where who ever pays the most is the winner.

Nothing more, nothing less. A cash cow app and website basically, just as my own little protest against pay to win crap in games.

I might offer Poal a commision if they can help me make it, just 10%.

'Pay £10,000 per dick pic' too maybe or some such worthless crap. I wouldn't expect anyone to pay, it would be a social experiment to see if anyone is dumb enough to.

The easiest way for you to achieve it:

  • buy a domain name

  • get a web hosting plan (the cheapest will do)

  • and use Wordpress.

What about a simple app that I can try to make? Somehow for free before uploading it anywhere or buying anywhere ik host / publish it?

Android: no fee to develop an app. Share the .apk file when it's done.

crApple: free Xcode, but you're gonna have to pay $99/year to push it to their crAppStore and I doubt it's gonna get validated.

I'll look up trying to develop an Android app.
