The best place to dump them is at a hamfest, or if you have a local audio community, they may have interest.

He answered he was interested and had a good point that the ones with red lines thru them are prob used. Of course I would have to send them to him and then he would make offer. He has a list of some and what he pays for them on the site and it doesnt seem like much.

Sounds good. I'd just search for "places that buy vacuum tubes" as well, you never know. If you're in a big enough city that has some vintage or used audio places, check there for unloading the audio preamp tubes.
