Yeah, if you look at it like that you're probably lost already. Not that I share your views, but I'm all for social experiments.

I think your best bet is segregation. Perhaps racist exclusion is still possible via some manner of private/community ownership structures? Start small with intentional communities (the Amish are pretty white aren't they?)... would be amazing if they could grow to the size of small towns or regions, and then you could try to lead by example and grow further.

Exactly, find a city with the least amount of blackies (like Norton & Richlands in Virginia). Or expat to countries like Austria, or Argentina (http://afropunk.com/2018/07/argentinas-black-population-has-been-systematically-erased-removed-in-whitewashing-effort/).
