Morals are in regard to how one deals with other peoples' lives and property. And that's it. CIA is government and nobody in government respects people's lives or property. There is no morality in anything government does or ever has done. None.

They're neither good nor bad as they are comprised of fallible men and their worth varies from scenario to scenario. Basically you set a goal and you suppress thoughts to the contrary to achieve it. Murder your heart if you wish to proceed.
