Probably vegan chilli. It wasn't tomato based and I'm not exactly sure what was in it but it wasn't chilis.

Foie Gras. I thought I'd like it because I like liver and organ meat, but to me it just tastes like pure fat. Like the piece you trim off of a steak or roast.
