Blacks commit more violent acts. But that doesn't mean whites aren't capable of the same. I know 2 white guys that both killed there father's and a third tried and failed. Point is all people can perform evil. Blacks just do it way more often

The poorest white community is still more well behaved and more well educated than the richest black community. Counting the whole universe, not just America.

I have lots of family down in the Appalachian region, where most folks are poor as fuck. There's just not a large amount of crime, those folks have respect for one another at the end of the day. I can't say the place is crime free, because of the drug and alcohol problem. Aside from crime stemming from that, it's generally safe to walk around towns at night.
Contrast ANY majority white poor area in the WORLD with ANY majority non-white poor area in the world. I've tried it, can't find a case where the poor whites are being the monstrous animals.
