They're in massive surplus anyhow. The max someone could safely pop out, assuming constant lifetime pregnancies up to the age when genetic defects start to become more prevalent, would be around 32 kids. I don't consider it a loss in this case because at some point it's just unreasonable to try and use all the eggs a woman would have available.
