Phoenix is terrible. Summers are unbelievably hot. Texas is much better, especially in the smaller towns.
Move to Idaho.

It's a huge city. Obscenely hot (not at all a place meant for white people). Can't walk anywhere because the sidewalks are always interrupted. Your whole life is basically trying to survive in A/C.
No idea why anyone would want to move there. There's so many better places to be. Even the Boise, Idaho area is fairly mild weather, only a little bit of snow a year.
