I remember reading a statistic somewhere that the vast majority of protesters are white (if you know where that's from I'd appreciate if you could link it btw).

It got me thinking... if most of the protesters are white, and a lot of the thought leaders and passive supporters are white... there's got to be some weird implications there.

Does anyone have hard data to back this up? What's going on?

IMO not really, firstly it's a neo-liberal movement, and Marxist movement, which happens to be mostly white anyway. If you look at Antifa, it's mostly white. I've never seen a non-white in Antifa.

I was thinking of that too. What is the draw of Antifa that white people want to join it, and other races don't?

IMO, some people just want a scapegoat to hate. Just like Hitler did. If you read the history of Germany and Hitler you will find that Germany was suffering badly from losing WW1 and having to pay reparations. It was like the Great Depression that happened in the US, but it was in Germany. People were angry and frustrated and just wanted a scape goat so they could avoid paying reparations. Hitler provided that scape goat and pointed at the Jews.
