I use brave on mobile. I don't know about best, but it's what I use.

Chromium for work. Brave for everything else.

I have a browser system that really works great for me:

Opera - Facebook only, nothing else

Firefox - regular browsing / searching. With umatrix / ublock origin

Chrome / Chromium - for stuff that doesn't work with umatrix / ublock like some online banking etc.

Mobile - pretty much only use Brave.

Depends on your OS. I use XP Pro, so the choices are down to SRWare Iron, Slimjet, Mypal, & IceDragon.
