I haven't paid Q enough attention to really say for sure. But here's what I think.
Q is one of two things.
Disinfo to keep the masses passive. Ie people thinking they have someone on the inside and things are happening without the masses doing anything.
Or
Someone who does have some inside info who is larping as if they know more, throwing a bunch of shit at the wall to see what sticks.
As for the aliens thing, again haven't followed Q enough to know anything about it.
