I see what you're saying, and I agree with you somewhat. The problem is that you can't go against human nature. Bette than us have tried, and it was even the one thing they couldn't stop in Orwell's 1984. Women are going to be sluts if they can get away with it (online dating, "travelling"), if not with you, then with with someone else. Telling thirsty men to stay away from easy sex is a fools errand.
While women are not treated - in the eyes of the law and in society - as simply bigger versions of children, they are fully responsible for their own mistakes: the onus and responsibility for their actions rests solely with her. If we were living in an Islamic shithole, then I'd agree with you completely that the onus is on the men.
Finally, I'd retort that pussy is a very powerful motivator: it's the reason most of us got married in the first place. If you need to get in shape, have a good career etc. to support your dating habits, more power to you. I'd argue that it's much more preferable than being celibate but setting into a life of mediocrity because you have no drive or reason to put in any more effort than you need to, to satisfy your hobbies and comforts. Hot women are expensive, and the benefits gained from learning how to date them translate very well to married life when you're ready to settle down.
It's better to promote value of abstinent men than to insist every woman is a whore.

I too observe the sexual nature of the masculine, the dominant dynamic at play. However, "all women are whores" leads men to the doomer or Fallout™ mindset that we desperately need to avoid.
All women aren't whores. Mathematically, there has got to be some just based on how many more women there are than men. Outside of that, women derive their value these days based on how little sex they've had, how little debt they have and how many tattoos they have (well, don't have).

The vast majority of women will trade up if they can secure a better partner, if they met [rich famous sportsball player] and commitment (marriage) was guaranteed, they'd drop your 9-5 cubicle ass in a heartbeat. The vast majority of women will be sluts if they can do so without repercussions (this is why girl like to go "travelling", and girl that you meet who are overseas go crazy with partying etc), even if they're in a relationship back home.
There have been many books written on the subject; I highly recommend "The Rationale Male". One of the arguments is that it is inherently genetic. We've lived in various states of war throughout most of our history. When one tribe is conquered by another, the men and boys are killed; the very old and very young are killed; the loyal women that do not submit are killed; and the hot women that greet their new overlords with open legs are spared or snatched up as wives (sometimes even her children/family are spared if she's good enough). Being slutty is a survival instinct that has been bred into women since the beginning of time. You're still going to have genetic mutation that results in some women that are loyal to the grave, but that's the exception to the rule. It's not their fault, it's just who they are.
If you accept women for what they are, the rage goes away. You can still have a family with them, but you just have to know that she will betray you if it's advantageous to her and her children, that she will find another to replace you in a heartbeat if you leave or she feels that you're not good enough. You just have to be much better than she is, game her properly, treat her right (passing shit tests, satisfying her in bed). Also, being smart with your resources so that she needs you to get them, and they can't be obtained though other methods (family court).
