Voat has heavy censorship through CCP restrictions: it's an enforced echo-chamber like Raddle. As long as Poal remains censorship-free it retains the potential to diversify its users opinions. The minimal censorship on Phuks is basically invisible to me, as I don't have the inclination, or see any worth in saying things that violate their hosting provider's conditions. Poal's creation shows it's not invisible to others.
