Good points. I'm thinking more of these obviously blatant commercial incidents. I guess flagging is a half-step and gives the user the decision to read. But still, in the end this is a site run by Boobs and AOU who allow us to use it for free. As such, I understand they can do whatever they want and if I'm "offended" I can just not visit.
I know this is one of those fine lines and can be used by detractors to invalidate other valid opinions. Isn't this what the current arguments are they're talking about with Fakebook and other sites, re: being a "publisher".
