Wouldn't Chauvin's weight be fixed and not vary? His weight doesn't change based on who he's interacting with during an arrest. Why would it be different if he's kneeing on your back as opposed to someone bigger or smaller?
You would want the right knee to have more weight than the left, but not a lot maybe 60% of the weight. It looks like, from the bystander video, that the left leg is just keeping his head down and immobile.
It should be fixed in the case where someone might question, "What if Derek Chauvin 'leg choked' ME?!?" In my case, I just want to see what would happen if someone 90% of my body weight, similar to Chauvin : Floyd body weight, kneeled on my back and neck? The question changes from 'what if this specific officer kneeled on me?' to 'what if any officer kneeled on me in a similar situation?' As I mentioned elsewhere in the thread, I don't have the extra size and musculature of a 6'4" hominid to resist additional external forces and the stress they'd put on a body. So, going the proportional weight route made the most sense to me. That's also why I put this stuff out into the community at large. It might be total horseshit and then I go waste my time and effort crudely recreating a retarded scenario when I could do it better.
