They may be a few of them who provide enough value that it might be worth to keep them (e.g. Marques Brownlee with many insightful tech videos such as the one about the crApple ecosystem, and anti-circumcision activist Jay Boyd).

There are a couple I like too. Perhaps though, it is best for everyone if they are sent back with the rest of their kind and they can contribute from abroad.

Moving everyone is a huge undertaking. I'd give them choice, move out of the country or be sterilized and receive no gibs.

I honestly think it was insane for western governments to create programs that actively imported people from the third world without also creating a program that enabled those people, if dissatisfied or simply unable to adapt to life in western countries, be repatriated to their country of origin. If receiving countries complain, deny them foreign aid.
