Serious question can you legally gun down terrorists? Forget BLM for now, can we just take out every antifa member??
U.S. Code unfortunately mostly deals with the rules of identifying criminal acts. talks a lot about the punishments after being brought to justice. However, my personal take is that if I see someone about to be harmed by a criminal/terrorist, they are an enemy combatant and I'm saving a life if I stop them. I also found talking about the absence of police on the scene with respect to civilian counter-terrorism. However, it's an Israeli and there are a few Palestinian references, making me wonder if the person interviewed is not speaking strictly from an Israeli, not U.S., standpoint. It's honestly kind of sad the laws are not more clear. They really don't want vigilantes interfering with their bigger schemes.
