In terms of CSS editor, I certainly prefer Firefox. It shows the responsive deesign breakpoints and allows deactivating certain parts of the CSS with one click. Chrome's devtools cram the real-time CSS editor into *sources*. I have not compared it to Microsoft IE/Edge developer tools yet. But I guess their developer tools are pretty decent as well.
