Something w/ a man trap door setup should do... Non shoplifters can enter, shoplifters get diverted to a back exit w/ police waiting to write them up for trespassing. Imagine how much more affordable everything would be w/ less shoplifters in store.

This is a thought experiment that would benefit "corporate good". I'm neither arguing for or against... the future will be the future we all choose or acquiesce to.

In 3rd world shitholes stores have an air lock type setup with metal detector. Customers are examined before the inner door will open, and the same to exit.

I know of a couple of shops in leftist areas where lots of looting goes on that have a similar system, where you have to press the button and go through face control in order to gain entrance.
