They have cameras at the entrance at eye level and record everyone and the same retailers are known for trying to have your name and address when you purchase something, especially computer equipment and electronics.

Sadly, the stores that employ this solution would be sued and legislation would be written to make it illegal. Isn't this what they did when someone got Shanghaid? This would require too many people to enforce it and grow the too large police state as well.

I like it, going back to the old ways of a bullet for trespassing would be cheaper. Expanding and actually using the Death Penalty would stop a lot of crime.
