So @AOU and I have been talking and he just came up with an idea. We have been discussing it for a few minutes today and we thought we would share it with you guys and get your input. 1. A page where you can see a list of the downvotes on your posts and another for comments (Level 6 and up) 2. A page where you can see a list of all downvotes that have been cast on the site (Red Barons and up) So let us know what you think.

Also I think I get it better than my last response the reason we ask the community when we have ideas is to get input. It would be stupid to think we can come up with all the best ideas without any input whatsoever I don’t think any single person could anticipate everything that could go wrong with anything on their own.

Nah I didn't mean that at all. I'm saying the parallel of "If you want 37 pieces of flair then make the minimum 37 pieces of flair".

By the way that's a good movie if you haven't seen it. They nailed what it's like to work in an Engineering office.

I guess I don't see the parallel, its about accountability not requirements or expectations.

Dude I have watched office space like 100 times I love that movies.
