So @AOU and I have been talking and he just came up with an idea. We have been discussing it for a few minutes today and we thought we would share it with you guys and get your input.
1. A page where you can see a list of the downvotes on your posts and another for comments (Level 6 and up)
2. A page where you can see a list of all downvotes that have been cast on the site (Red Barons and up)

Me too. It isn't new information, just a better way to access it. After AOU pointing out users using old comment/posts for manipulation, I agree this is a solid idea.
