if you have, did it eliminate pain? did you need follow ups? my issue is arthritis in dominant hand. changes to diet and stretches have reduced pain, but its still there. getting shot tomorrow :/

glad to hear they were helpful and became unnecessary. every 3 months sounds more frequent than I've heard of before - but they worked and that's what counts. thanks for sharing.

I was on my feet a lot at that time and it felt like the whole arch was torn off the heel bones.
