if you have, did it eliminate pain? did you need follow ups? my issue is arthritis in dominant hand. changes to diet and stretches have reduced pain, but its still there. getting shot tomorrow :/

already tried that before seeing the doc in Jan. it reduces but doesn't eliminate. you're right, though - good place to start
