if you have, did it eliminate pain? did you need follow ups? my issue is arthritis in dominant hand. changes to diet and stretches have reduced pain, but its still there. getting shot tomorrow :/

I've had cortisone shots for hay feaver and one shot lasted a whole month. Without the shot my eyes excreted so much mucus that I had to pull the mucus out in order to open my eyes. After shot i had no problems
