These days, what I consider rich is someone worth over ten million dollars. I have too many regular customers that are low level millionaires, with "millions" of bucks. I have a few relatives that fit this mold. Sure, their homes iare bigger and cost more. They also cost a helluva lot more to maintain. They're just upper-middle class folks these days, with the worries similar to lower middle class people. The billionaires are eating into everyone else's net worth.
I do have one customer that is very rich, He is indeed disgusting, although he does have a hot 18 year old maid.

I think that's the standard for the banks as well. It's probably more than that, but the banks generally don't really give a fuck about you if you have less than $10 million. I wouldn't find it surprising if they'd stop doing business with everyone with a negative net worth if they could get away with it.
Very true. The billionaires will always get a pass while the one percent who drag themselves out of the gutters are targeted. I will never buy a large house. Every house weve bought at fractions of the arv and ive rehabbed myself.
