Well I choose god
I prepare my death, and I gladly leave that world to those who want to belong to it
My wife has had lengthy discussions with you about god, I don't think you are a believer based on those conversations. I am a believer and my faith tells me go forth and multiply.
I have a question for your wife;
Why did god threw you and your people in harms way?
Why did he hand this world to the worst of the worst, and most importantly, why did he knowingly threw you in the middle?
Why did he create so much muslims, chicoms, satano kikes, pedollywood, variety niggers, and all the legions of fucks hell bent on ruining every single thing worth caring about in this world?
Why?
And most importantly, why did he gave them so much power, over the rest of us, who are quite fucked right now?
Hm?
Does she plan to just "trust the plan" here, or is she planning to ask him, why did he do that?
Or is she just going to turn a blind eye over that very, inconvenient, part.... Maybe that's the actual test, in the end... Who knows?
My wife is currently busy making dinner and watching the kids. I'm about to go help because its time to make dinner. However I will make a point to sit down with her and show her this comment and we can respond together after we put our kids to bed. I apologize for the delay but life calls.
Well we can respond to that one, together if you don't mind.
God created the world and man brought sin into it. God knew this would happen but God wanted a people that would choose to love him so free will was required. Without choice there is no love.
How can there be good without evil? How could we know what is and is not good if evil didn't exist in the world? I would suggest asking God for answers to the your questions. The answer may come or it may not and it may not come the way you expect it. However you have nothing to lose by asking.
Yes we trust gods plan, we have faith that doesn't mean we don't get up everyday and do something.
Faith means trusting that God puts you where you need to be, and we both believe we are trying to do what God wants us to do and he is putting us where we need to be so we can learn what we need to learn.
As if your wife was a reference when it comes to what a proper relation with god is or should be, to begin with
It's funny, it sounds like the discussion I had with your wife, whoever she's here, left her a tad bitter... I have nothing to say about people I talked about god with, here. Just nothing to say.
...
You do what you want of course
If anything what I'm saying is this; There's a lot you don't get to choose, and things you get or don't get often have nothing to do with merit, that's a fact of life. In a nutshell, you can walk the world all you want, you don't go to adventure, adventure comes to you. It's the same deal with anything. You can call me a fatalist if you will, I don't care.
Well from reading the conversation I went back and re read it(it was public so I'm assuming you have no problem with that) You questioned spreading the faith pretty hard and quoted a few scriptures without considering the context. I personally think when looking at scripture context is important.
That being said I don't think you can say what you said and still claim to believe in the God I believe in, I guess I did fail to ask which god it is you are speaking of.
There is a metric FUCK TON of things you don't get to choose in life that has absolutely nothing to do with merit I can 100% agree with that. However I don't think operating on the notion that nothing good will ever come to you is a good way to operate God takes care of those who have faith and he never gives you anything you can't handle and he is trying to teach you something. People look at the world like it is some kind of cakewalk and if you do the right things it will be easy, I think it is quite the opposite. If you are doing what you are supposed to God will give you challenges to learn and grow. Without struggle we do not learn and we do not grow.
So we may disagree on things but I think that is just another opportunity to learn something.
