Well I am BAME and disabled, but I've already looked and theres already too many of those and they get no money. So I need a better angle.

Maybe if I write it up in third person pretending to be someone from a charitable organization.

You need a good story, or better yet you need to stage something. Think Jesse Smollett but something actually credible.
