Catching a knife from 30 yards would be pretty impressive, especially with people pushing you while you try to snag it from the air.
Soccer would likely require some kind of knifeball.
Frisbee would obviously require better timing.
Matador would be more interesting if instead of a cape you just had one knife.
Any other sports?
Skeet could have the pigeon coming at you, and it's a knife.
