Get your legs wide and then roll onto your back, from the right angle you can catch your shit fountain right in your own mouth. Takes a little practice though, keep at it! I remember seeing a picture of this in the early 2000's, back when there were image sites for shocker/gore pics. The one of the scene I just described stuck with me, and now I'm sharing it with you.
