Basically I know that unless I have something actually good to shave with I'm not going to do it. FYI, I basically don't shave, ever.

Like the price differences between Amazon and Ebay are a little concerning. Ebay is usually cheaper but not by that much.

Has anyone ever had a bad experience with a safety razor or are they pretty much always good?

I could see how a safety razor is a bit of a luxury item for some so I could see a situation where like a pen they pretty much all do their job but some are expensive anyway. Or is it because a $5 razor will actually suck?

I paid like 15 for mine on Amazon.

I mostly like it. It doesn't do quite as good around the neck and chin, but it's good enough, or maybe I'm not quite good enough at it yet.

I just use regular shaving cream. I've seen posts either way that this is fine or, OMG no use the brush and w/e...

Anyways. I'm so overdue for a haircut right now, I laugh when I shave. I usually look so clean cut and now it's like why am I even bothering !
