Pretty sure this shit already passed through here over the winter, there was a huge wave of illness that everyone seems to have forgotten because it was normal!
People called out sick from work for several days, then got over it, noone went to hospital or died.
Flashforward 6 weeks and people are on edge "waiting" for it's arrival even though noone is getting sick now.
Well bad news for the people on edge. Cases are down globally, in the US, and at least in my state. The total number of cases will probably be several times the current number (if things stay flat for a long time), but multiplying say 7 times essentially zero is still a very very tiny percent of the population. If you don't know anyone who has gotten it, probably by the end you'll know one or two people who have and that's it (among the hundred or so people you have in your orbit).
Lol what makes you think it was this easy when it spread so easily before?
