There's no such thing as age directly impacting health
How come everyone loses their health with age?
Not everyone does, most people do, and it affects everyone differently. No exercise and poor diet being the main contributors to that.
There are plenty of 75 year olds that are fitter than genetically crippled 20 hear olds.

Yes; but the same person will always be healthier at age 20 than 75.
Not really, you can have a temporary problem at age 20 such as being hit by a bus and being left comatose, then make a full recovery and be a lot healthier by age 75.
