Would you rather look like someone at age 20 but be as unhealthy as someone at age 75, or the other way round?

Obviously, some 20 year olds are morbidly obese and some people are still fairly healthy at age ~70 (like Arnold Schwarzenegger), but I am speaking of two average people at the respective ages.

Option Looks Health
1 Like age 20 Like age 75
2 Like age 75 Like age 20

Look young but be unhealthy
Look old but be healthy

Not really, you can have a temporary problem at age 20 such as being hit by a bus and being left comatose, then make a full recovery and be a lot healthier by age 75.

That's just a rather unlikely occasion.

But naturally, age 20 is by far healthier than 75.

'Naturally' you would be dead by 30 without medicine.

Indeed, I would rather experience the crappy elderly years than having died already.
