Would you rather look like someone at age 20 but be as unhealthy as someone at age 75, or the other way round?

Obviously, some 20 year olds are morbidly obese and some people are still fairly healthy at age ~70 (like Arnold Schwarzenegger), but I am speaking of two average people at the respective ages.

Option Looks Health
1 Like age 20 Like age 75
2 Like age 75 Like age 20

Look young but be unhealthy
Look old but be healthy

There's no such thing as age directly impacting health - I wouldn't exactly say that the Queen is at all in any state of poor health.

On the other hand a 20 year old can be paraplegic with cerebral palsy. Using an age alone to determine health is retarded to begin with.

How come everyone loses their health with age?

Not everyone does, most people do, and it affects everyone differently. No exercise and poor diet being the main contributors to that.

There are plenty of 75 year olds that are fitter than genetically crippled 20 hear olds.

than genetically crippled 20 year olds

Yes; but the same person will always be healthier at age 20 than 75.
