Obviously, some 20 year olds are morbidly obese and some people are still fairly healthy at age ~70 (like Arnold Schwarzenegger), but I am speaking of two average people at the respective ages.

Not really, you can have a temporary problem at age 20 such as being hit by a bus and being left comatose, then make a full recovery and be a lot healthier by age 75.
