Yes; but the same person will always be healthier at age 20 than 75.

Not really, you can have a temporary problem at age 20 such as being hit by a bus and being left comatose, then make a full recovery and be a lot healthier by age 75.

That's just a rather unlikely occasion.

But naturally, age 20 is by far healthier than 75.
