Yep, and I've seen plenty of workers working hard. It's the uncertainty. Why hire if you don't know that you need to hire, while you could survive whipping your current staff a little harder for a few months until we know what's going on. For that reason no one is hiring except for maybe small business where, lets say their one guy for something jumps ship to Amazon, then they need that one guy.
