I currently work at the USPS and the blacks here are intolerable. They’re lazy, stupid, slow, and/or lacking consideration for other people. They bring down work place morale and other non blacks behave like that too.

I can not stand it.

Do you all have any suggestions? I think I might have to finish my degree in a STEM field since those require actual intelligence.

In my hometown. My suggestion is to move to a white rural area where you can be yourself.

I manage multiple locations and it is crazy how much of a difference 30 miles can make.

In my experience it is all about location. Never take a job on a bus line. If you live in a major metro area you are going to have to deal with these fuckers.

Well, I would recommend not going into any govt job. The fucking govt is aaaaallll about blacks and latinos. Merit and results be damned. Or you could do what someone else suggested and get into an hr or leadership position and change things.

Looks like our options are science/math fields and starting our own business.
